Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

We are local owners who moved to Ybor City in 2004 and fell in love with the neighborhood’s history, energy, and character. These are homes we personally own and care for—not anonymous units managed from afar. We respect guests’ privacy, remain available when needed, and share a local guide with favorite restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and suggested itineraries. Our goal is a thoughtful, responsive stay that helps guests experience the best of Ybor and Tampa.
