Urban Perch is the house you actually want to hang out in — on the Gasworx side of Ybor, next door to BarrieHaus. Morning coffee above the city. A game on the 65-inch rooftop TV. Sunset drinks before you walk to dinner.
Inside: two king bedrooms, a third bedroom with two full beds, a full kitchen, tall ceilings, and a spiral stair to the roof. It sleeps six comfortably and can take eight when the third bedroom is shared.
Tampa Pickleball Crew is an easy walk away. The free streetcar is 900 feet from the door.

Good to know before booking
Urban Perch sits on charming East 5th Avenue across from a public parking garage. Friday and Saturday nights can be active and louder as people come and go.
The rooftop terrace is exclusively yours, with a louvered pergola, lounge seating, skyline views, and a 65-inch TV for game day or movie night.
Urban Perch is most comfortable for six. It can sleep up to eight when the third bedroom’s two full beds are shared.
