“We loved staying here. The place is so cute and perfectly laid out with two bedrooms on the first floor and one on the second floor. Erin and Trey were always responsive if we had any questions and they were also very kind! We would definitely love to stay here again!”

“We had a great stay. Location is great for exploring Ybor, just be mindful that weekend nights are quite boisterous with a younger crowd. We would stay here again to enjoy the location and the house, which was perfect for a group of friends to enjoy time together. Plenty of space, very clean, and a lot of amenities we have not had at other properties.”

“The area around Erin and Trey’s has become my favorite to stay in Tampa for events at the arena downtown due to the convenience of the trolley and fun watering holes (even if they’re pretty empty on a weeknight). Now I have a new favorite taqueria nearby too. Good value for the amount of space you get and the location. Would love to stay again!”

“Our group had a great stay at Erin & Trey’s place. There was plenty of space to relax including the very private rooftop. Erin & Trey took care of one request we had, immediately. The location is steps from the heart of Ybor which is exactly what we were looking for and other reviews accurately set our expectation on the noise that comes with being so close. Great space, great hosts. Highly recommend.”

“I was very satisfied with Erin and Trey’s place. Their instructions were detailed, clear, and easy to follow. They had already provided all the essential information in advance, so I did not have many major questions, but even when I had small ones, they responded very quickly and accurately. The place was very clean, well organized, and had everything we expected based on the photos. Since it is located near a busy area, there was some noise at night, but that was not their fault, and I think it is something to expect when staying within walking distance of downtown. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Erin and Trey have an absolutely beautiful space. 3 great bedrooms + 3 clean bathrooms, spacious living room and a great outdoor rooftop! The hosts made the whole process easy - super responsive and clear communication. Please keep in mind - this location is in a lively neighborhood full of night spots. This is the perfect place to rent if you plan to have fun late evenings. Also, the rooftop is up a relatively steep staircase, so make sure you're comfortable going up and down such.”

“Such a nice place to stay in a great little neighborhood. Host was very responsive and able to accommodate a last minute change of plans. So much to do in YBor within walking distance of the house. Really enjoyed the rooftop view. I wish we had stayed another day to enjoy the house longer!”

“We had 3 couples plus some family visiting for Xmas day. Great place for the get-together. Rooftop lounge and living space really nice. Be ready for stairs, crowing roosters and busy street noise, but otherwise very cool place and historic area is fun. Would like to come when places are not closed for the holiday🙂”
