“Erin & Trey were fabulous hosts! They were helpful and communicative during the stay. The Roost is the perfect combination of cozy, charming, and in the middle of all the action. It’s an extremely walkable location but not too noisy. The personal touches make you feel comfortable and truly at home. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy another stay here!”

“Thank you for our wonderful stay! The house was clean, just as described, and perfectly ready for us. Erin and Trey gave us all the instructions we needed and got everything ready for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, too! The size was perfect for my husband and I, with ample space for sitting in different areas. But most of all, I really enjoyed the adorable decor and got some inspiration for crafts and decorations for my own home! The location is amazing too, close to the Florida Aquarium, the Tampa Bay History Center, the cruise terminals, and my favorite, the IKEA! Tons of restaurants nearby, including Pete’s Bagels and the Blind Tiger Coffee. And of course, the chickens! So cute and fun! Loved our stay!”

“This place is absolutely the perfect location to get around town on foot! Just 2 blocks from the main strip. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. Cute private back porch area. Loved the front porch in the evening. Decor was artistic, loved the rooster theme.”

“You are not going to believe how convenient this place is to everything you want to do in Ybor! Cutest little Airbnb in the city and a nice relaxing hot tub at the end of your evening out. If there were a way for me to give this place and these hosts 6 stars I would still be sad I couldn’t give them 7. The communication is unmatched and the willingness to work with unforeseen circumstances is beyond expectation. I am forever grateful for this experience. Thank you!”

“Had to stay longer than planned in Tampa due to a snowstorm at home and Erin and Trey’s place was the perfect place to wait it out. House is as advertised and neighborhood was fun to explore. Definitely a busy part of town after dark. Erin and Trey were very responsive and helpful.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our last minute getaway. We appreciated the privacy and lovely soak in the hot tub. We walked to dinner and enjoyed taking in the local scene. The chickens were fun to see as well. The home has lovely artwork and is very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying at this quaint bungalow.”

“Me and my wife like to say thank you for letting us use the place it was as described they are very great host. They checked on us to make sure everything was OK. We also liked how we could just walk a block and you had multiple choices where you could eat. We also really enjoyed the hot tub in the backyard, specially after many miles we’ve put on in the last few days we would definitely recommend this place to others and friends and definitely would go back if we’re in that area again there’s probably some things I’m forgetting to say but thank you and definitely five stars”
