“We had a last minute cancellation at our hotel due to loss of power and needed to book same day. Trey & Erin made it easy. Quick responses, friendly, and accommodating. Simple check in process, and a very nice place. Walking distance to everything in Ybor City and a 5 min drive from downtown. Highly recommended!”

“Such a cute place but the neighborhood is not for families at all! We loved the space. It was just as described and comfortable/clean. However, it is literally a block away from what locals call the “Bourbon Street of Tampa”. Cars racing up and down the streets with music blaring and horns going off, people literally fighting on the sidewalk outside of the unit, drunk people throwing up across the street, I’m pretty sure some prostitution deals happening on the adjacent corner- all until at least 2am. If we hadn’t been with our children, we wouldn’t have cared much but it was very unnerving to have my kids sleeping downstairs while all of this was going on. My teenage daughter said she listened to a couple cuss each other out and fight for over an hour at 2am the first night of our stay. I think the marketing needs to inform people that this is NOT a family-friendly place.”

“We had a great long weekend at Trey & Erin's Ybor Oasis. Super easy to book and very proactive and detailed check-in process. The space is excellent. Master suite upstairs, two beds and full bath on the first floor. Provided all needed to shower, have coffee and much, much more. The rooftop deck alone is worth a visit. Very cool place. Highly recommend and hope to be back!”

“Really awesome spot in Ybor. Walking distance to pretty much everything. The trolly was not far at all from the air b and b and you could ride it all the way to downtown Tampa (free rides until 2 am). Only issue (which wasn’t really an issue) is the night life Friday and Saturday was very loud from the strip on Ybor (7th Ave), but nothing too intense. Beautiful roof top terrace with a hot tub, and the place was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking was also very easy, as Erin set us up with the city before arriving, so we conveniently parked right out front. Will definitely book again.”

“Unit was very well maintained and convenient. Close to main street of Ybor and for most of the week pretty quiet, but be aware that you are two streets off the main one and on Friday and Saturday noise volume increases significantly, especially late night. There are white noise machines, that help, but realize you are in a very active area. Also be aware of the roosters. Host responded to question very efficiently.”

“This host was fantastic! we had an issue with a previous host and could not stay there, Trey and Erin accommodated us within hours. we drove 1100 miles for our 25th anniversary and am so glad we were given the opportunity to say at the urban perch. it was very clean, modern, and spacious. we loved the amenities like the washer dryer, private rooftop bar area with the hot tub, and the front balcony. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants was also a great feature of this property. The small things that were nice also like the complimentary coffee and tea, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Super comfortable beds for the needed rest after the long days exploring the area. We are looking forward to returning to this spot again in the future, highly recommended! oh and can't forget the free-range chickens around town! This location made our 25th wedding anniversary extra special! Thank You Again!!”
