“Very cutely decorated, clean and right in downtown Ybor! Great walking access to nearby restaurants in town and a few minute drive to the river walk in town! Trey and Erin were always very informative and very quick to message you back which was great! They have a book on the dining room table with all of their recommendations for dining and outdoor activities! One spot in town I really enjoyed for breakfast was The Blind Tiger! Very good coffee. Thank you Trey and Erin for having us!”

“This was a great opportunity to visit my hometown in a different way. The space is located right in the heart of the city, blocks from the historic Ybor district. You’re also under 1 hour from some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. “Absolutely beautiful apartment; comfortable beds, great living space, and a perfect rooftop deck. Very clean. The only complaint we have is there was a serious crime incident across the street during our stay, though this may have been more related to Super Bowl rowdiness than the normal course of events.”

“We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home was nicely decorated in a classic style with some modern touches. We enjoyed the view from the balcony where you can see the chickens roam the streets like they own Ybor (I think they do and that they just let us stay with them). Up on the rooftop, the view was even better. At night, you can see the lighted buildings from downtown Tampa. The jacuzzi was great, and we used it every night and day. The record player was a nice touch and it brought back memories from my childhood. The white noise machines in the bedrooms were also a thoughtful addition, although I didn't need it personally since I'm a heavier sleeper. With the home being located close to 7th Ave, we were able to experience a lot of what Ybor has to offer within walking distance. The communication with the hosts was excellent and they addressed all the questions we had quickly. It was a great experience and I only wished that I could stay longer. I highly recommend this place for your next adventure.”

“We LOVED Trey & Erin's place! It is spacious, stylish, perfectly located to all of Tampa, and immaculate. We had everything we needed, check-in and out was a breeze, and parking was never an issue. And the hot tub on the rooftop was such a nice treat with great views of the city! I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to it again as well.”
