“Trey & Erin's place was a great base for exploring Ybor City. It was awesome being close to the action on 7th ave with so many restaurants and bars in walking distance. The condo is immaculate and all the beds were extremely comfortable. The roof deck hot tub was the perfect place to hang out too.”

“We had a fabulous time at Trey and Erin’s condo. The neighborhood is a lot of fun and is very walkable. The furnishings and beds are comfy and the rooftop bar/hot tub was a great place to hang out. They made our stay very smooth!”

“Rental was sparklingly clean. The beds, pillows and couches were very comfortable. Decoration was very chic and the unit felt spacious and modern. Location is great, people watching from the balcony at night was a lot of fun. The owners included noise makers and had blackout shades installed which was definitely nice given that it’s a pretty busy neighborhood. Rooftop deck and hot tub was a plus. Hot tub towels were provided. Erin and Trey were very accommodating and available. Their neighborhood recommendations were great, there are a ton of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance from the unit. Overall I would definitely return and recommend to others.”

“Spacious, tastefully decorated and well appointed. There were six of us, all adults, and the space was more than adequate. Location is both a plus and a minus, depending on what you want. It's 2 blocks from the famous 7th Avenue in YBOR - you can walk to all the restaurants, couple of grocery stores and enjoy all that's on offer. Riverwalk and downtown Tampa is a < 10-minute drive. The noise at night can be a challenge, though. Overall, we had a great time!”
