“We had a wonderful stay at the Urban the Perch! The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Great location less than 5 minutes away from a trolley stop and close to everything in downtown Ybor. We loved being able to walk everywhere and being able to hop on the trolley to get to downtown Tampa. As the listing notes and other reviewers have mentioned, it does get loud at night on the weekends, mainly from loud vehicles going in and out of the garage across the street. In our opinion the noise was worth it for the great space and location.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Urban Perch! The location was fantastic. Close proximity to historic Ybor. Our group took in a Rays and Bucs game. Traveling to and from the stadiums was really easy. Trey and Erin responded quickly to questions. I grew up in NYC and the street noise wasn't bad. The roosters and chicken were actually entertaining. I highly recommend staying here.”

“Beautiful apartment in an eclectic neighborhood. We loved it! Space was clean and spacious. Very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Our teens loved it too and took over the upstairs area with the kitchen. We are traveling from Boston to visit colleges in the area so this location gave us easy access to everything. Great coffee and food in this area too! We liked being able to walk from the apartment to the restaurants and shops. We got the best Cuban sandwich at the Columbia Restaurant. We visited many of the other restaurants recommended by Trey and Erin, all great! Ybor area becomes a 21+ party area late night on the weekends but a fun area to walk around during the day and evening if you’re not into the party scene”

“This airbnb was absolutely amazing! Clean, modern and had everything we needed. The place has so much character as does Ybor as a whole. There are a few roosters around the area and only adds to the charm. Trey and Erin thought ahead and have white noise machines to drown out any ambiant noises. I would 100% stay here again. Thanks trey and Erin for everything!!”

“Great stay and just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and great nighttime views. Also has a good, small selection of records and record player too. If you’re in town for a Tampa Bay Lightning game, make sure you take advantage of the street car. It takes you right to Amalie. A major convenience.”

“This is an amazing gem in Ybor. Trey and Erin are amazing and very responsive if you have any questions. The house is clean and is the perfect home away from home. Their neighbors are amazing too and had all kinds of stories and knew all the hidden gems in the city. “We stayed at Trey & Erin's home for Memorial weekend. They were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was nicely decorated and everything was spelled out letting us know were everything was located. Their home is only 500 feet from downtown Ybor which made it very convenient. We would highly recommend staying at their place if you are ever in the Tampa/Ybor City area!!”

“We had a wonderful stay here! It’s only a couple of streets down from the heart of Ybor City and has amazing views of Tampa on the rooftop patio. The space was clean, cool, and made us feel at home. It’s also directly in the middle of a bunch of fun locations and things to do. Just a heads up: there are chickens everywhere. It’s really cool to experience, but they will start cockadoodledooing very early in the morning. Luckily, the space comes with complimentary ear plugs. We had a great time and will gladly book this same unit again when we make our way back to Tampa. Highly recommend.”

“Aside from being beautiful inside, this property is in the best location for enjoying a night out in Tampa. It's a 1 min walk to Ybor City, Tampa's bar and restaurant district, and a short trolley ride away from the port area and stadium. I highly reccomend staying here if you're visiting.”

“This just off the beaten path townhome was above expectations. After a greeting from the friendly neighborhood roosters, step inside to a tall and spacious retreat that has all the high end amenities of a five star hotel. Turn on one of the vinyl albums and sit in one of the sturdy and comfortable seats to enjoy a movie or the beautiful art. Sit on the roof in the hot tub and watch the sun set. We loved our stay here.”
