“Great location in Ybor City. Close enough to walk to Ybor, but not so close you can't sleep at night. The space is spectacular with great finishes and spacious bedrooms. The rooftop deck and hot tub are a great bonus. Trey and Erin were very responsive. It was an overall awesome experience.”

“Trey & Erin's place is an absolute MUST! Their 3 story townhouse is located in the heart of Ybor providing walking distance to all the popular attractions. Trey & Erin provided expedited check-in with their keypad lock and excellent communication. I messaged them at 10 pm expecting to receive a response in the morning, but within 5 min I received one, that's 5 star hospitality right there! Trey & Erin are incredibly understanding and caring, and I would recommend everyone book this place whenever they are planning a stay in Tampa, I promise you will not be disappointed!”

“Just heading home from a great weekend stay at the Urban Perch. I didn’t know much about Ybor before this visit, and we really enjoyed the cool vibe and eclectic and diverse atmosphere. The town house was so beautifully decorated, with some very cool touches. We loved the phonograph! We spent time on the rooftop and in the hot tub. It was a great view and a fun place to relax. The house was extremely clean, had plenty of fresh towels, super comfy memory foam beds. I was happy that the owners provided shampoo, conditioner, soap and location as I forgot to bring some of those items. It was a very short and safe walk into the main part of town where there were many great bars and restaurants. We also visited the Florida aquarium, took a little boat cruise from the River Walk. This was my first Airbnb experience and I have to say Trey and Erin made it a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend there lovely home for a nice visit to Ybor City.”

“We have traveled around the world, and the Urban Perch was the top AirBNB experience we have had. The rooftop bar and hot tub set it apart from anything we have ever seen. The home is very clean and it is a very short walking distance to all the excitement of Ybor City. We loved taking the free trolley to the convention center. Trey & Erin were very accommodating and helpful. The value for what you get in terms of quality and location is incredible. We liked it so much that we have already booked it again!”

“on our second visit, we brought friends, enjoyed the hot tub on the roof overlooking downtown Tampa, rented local bikes and took in the sights along the riverwalk... so much to see and do and then the home is in the most perfect location to do all we did and so much more! “The Urban Perch is the coolest AirBNB we have stayed at. We loved the mid century style and the rooftop bar is absolutely spectacular (pictures do not do it justice). Trey & Erin were so responsive and had the best local suggestions. The house is close to nightlife, the aquarium, great restaurants, Amalia arena and the convention center.
