“Trey and Erin were amazing to start off. Prior to arriving, their communication was great. They allowed our group to check in early and extend our check out on our last day, we greatly appreciate it! The house was clean and cute. Pictures show exactly as is. The location is perfect for night life as well as the restaurants during the day. Don’t under estimate the chicken’s, they will be sure to wake you with a “good morning”! The white noise machines block out all of that extra noise while sleeping tho. It was a great place and fun stay!”

“Erin & Trey's place is a a great place to stay for a group of people wanting to experience downtown Tampa. It is very well located - close enough to the stadium and convention center but far enough that you can escape the crowds. You are literally a quick walk away from everything in Ybor. I had a super easy check-in and constant communication, which I greatly appreciated. The rooftop is amazing - I suggest enjoying it in the evening to catch the sunset. The pictures and description are accurate and everything is clean and organized. Had a lovely time!”

“Clean, modern, spacious accommodations. Two and a half baths is a nice touch. Washer and dryer in unit helps to cut down on bags traveled with. Hot tub, of course, is a nice touch. Distance to the "downtown" area is about as close you can get without having to be on top of it. Probably the only negative was the chickens/roosters and the noise they make, but the white noise machines in the room help to drown out just about any obtrusive sounds from outside the unit.”

“Everything about Urban Perch exceeded my expectations as well as my colleagues. The property was well maintained, the location was terrific and the hospitality of Trey and Erin (and their neighbours) was awesome. Of particular note was the thoughtful email from Erin in response to my questions about local food. Her recommendations were spot on. The property was perfect for 3 business travellers. We each had separate bedrooms and it turned out, there was an additional bathroom that I didn't notice or wasn't listed which gave us personal space. From a business standpoint, the location was as good as it gets. A very short walk to an amazing downtown Ybor street with restaurants, bars and entertainment and a short Uber ride to the Tampa Convention Centre (which we walked to more than we Uber-ed). The living/dining room proved to be a comfortable place to hold meetings as well as relax before and after our business. Over-all, we really enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation in highly recommending Urban Perch.”

“Trey and Erin have a great spot in Ybor City, Tampa! The location is perfect for exploring the buzzy neighborhood of Ybor. It's just a few blocks to 7th Avenue, the home of many restaurants and bars. But the proximity isn't a problem for noise. The rooms were all quiet and even came with white noise machines in case you needed some extra sound muffling. It's a quick taxi to and from the airport, as well as other Tampa areas like Hyde Park or downtown. Apart from the area, the duplex is fantastic! All the rooms are quite spacious and very nicely decorated. In particular, the kitchen-living room area was beautiful and it had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy a meal or drink. And the hot tub on the roof was a great add-on to the property— and the best way to end the day. Communication with Trey and Erin was a snap. Check-in is a breeze with a coded door, and check-out is also quite easy and at a reasonable time. All in, this is a great stay and I'm very much looking to book it on my next business trip to Tampa.”
