“great location in Ybor, easy access to the trolly, about a 15 dollar uber to the airport, those rooster start cockadoodle doo'n early! like 3am! if your a light sleeper bring your ear plugs, not even the white noise machine will drown out those guys, really cool to see them walking around though”

“So damn cute. Great place close to everything Ybor and easy ways to get downtown and to the riverwalk area. We took advantage of the fire pit each night. It was a great place to wind down. Friendly chickens and cats will keep you entertained outside, around the property.”

“The Roost was spotless and homey - exactly as I expected from previous reviews and pictures. The neighborhood cats and the chickens were great company to us... there was even a peacock! GREAT location, easy parking and cheap LYFT/Ubor to downtown Tampa. Blind Tiger Coffee is an awesome spot right around the corner and even has local kombucha on tap! Erin was available and immediately handled an issue for us - radical hospitality that was SO appreciated on our last night in town.”

“My husband and I stayed at Ybor Roost for a weekend in March. We wanted to be in a location that was walkable to bars and restaurants. Ybor Roost was perfect. Walking distance to 7th Street with tons of options for drinking, eating and live music. Ybor Roost is adorable. It's just like shown on the website and has everything a guest needs. Erin and Trey were great hosts. Every one of my emails prior to and during our stay was quickly answered. Th roosters wandering around added to the atmosphere. We would absolutely stay again if our travels bring us to Tampa!”

“I loved this lil house. Perfect location, a great value compared to staying at a hotel! After an exhausting flight, it was nice to come to this home and feel relief and relax. Next time I'm in Tampa, i will definitely try to stay here. The roosters are fun to see but bring earplugs if you don't want them to wake you up too early! :)”

“This place is so adorable. As soon as we drove up, we were immediately very happy with our choice. The inside was so cozy and decorated with a rustic feel, which is my favorite. There really is chickens hanging around the neighborhood but they are not bothersome at all. There are kitties next door that hang around and are SO friendly. The neighborhood felt safe, and people were friendly when we walked down the street, it is also in walking distance to the downtown area on 7th Street which has great places to eat and hang out for drinks. If we find ourselves in Tampa again, I'll be sure to look up the Roost!”

“The Roost, was adorable, spotless and just like it showed online. The house is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of privacy only a two block walk up to 7th Avenue the main street in Ybor. Erin and Trey had all the little things available -Coffee, water, travel shampoo etc. Neighborhood roosters and cats are fun and friendly and the white noise machine let us sleep late. We plan on retuning. Highly recommend!”

“Eryn and Trey have a beautiful little house in a special little corner of Tampa, Florida and the US. This is a great home base to walk to coffee, beer or food while close to Downtown Tampa/St Pete, Dali and Beaches. The house provides everything you need ++ and does so I'm comfortable and stylish way. The hosts were awesome at every step and it was great to meet them. Would highly recommend this house and hosts.”

“Trey & Erin's place was absolutely perfect for my friend Alana and I's stay. The location was incredibly close to where we intended to be and very close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Everything was very clean and the home was stocked with things we didn't even think about needing, but ending up needing anyways. We definitely plan on staying here when we visit again!”

“Charming, centrally located home that made us feel like locals! Minutes from the main Ybor city downtown area (walking) and a short 10-15 drive from the airport and downtown Tampa, it still felt somewhat secluded. Large bathroom and bedroom, with a small outside area in the backyard made the home inviting. Clearly evident that the hosts put their guests' interests in mind and when we're back in Ybor City, we know where we'll be staying.”

“Erin did a great job communicating and making sure we had a smooth checkin and parking pass coordinated. We had 2 spots right out front door our whole stay. We really appreciated the fresh Cuban bread, and Trey&Erin have done a great job creating a very clean, modern technology based, but classic French country style cottage. They thought of everything one might need, and even more with the fire pit out back. The full moon might have thrown the roosters off (beautiful colors by the way), but fortunately they provided a white noise machine to counter. The location was perfect to take a morning walk to get fresh Cuban coffee, crepes, and enjoy the eclectic Ybor scene. We only stayed one night, but would be very convenient for Ybor night life as well.”

“The Roost is awesome. It's nestled just off the main strip of ybor on a residential street. Ybor is famous for their wild chickens and roosters and greeting them in the morning as I walked to my favorite neighborhood coffee shop (blind tiger - it's less than 2 blocks away and it was amazing) was so much fun. Little known fact - there is also a wild peacock in the neighborhood! Because it is a livelier neighborhood, Erin and Trey provided a white noise machine in the house, but I never found it necessary. One evening, I also used the fire pit in the back yard to roast s'mores and drink wine with close friends. My stay was perfect. Trey and Erin have thought of everything, and they were fantastic hosts. The location is fun, accessible, and safe. I look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Tampa!”
