“Our group had a great stay at Erin & Trey’s place. There was plenty of space to relax including the very private rooftop. Erin & Trey took care of one request we had, immediately. The location is steps from the heart of Ybor which is exactly what we were looking for and other reviews accurately set our expectation on the noise that comes with being so close. Great space, great hosts. Highly recommend.”

“Great location, close to the action of Ybor and a short uber ride to downtown.”

“I was very satisfied with Erin and Trey’s place. Their instructions were detailed, clear, and easy to follow. They had already provided all the essential information in advance, so I did not have many major questions, but even when I had small ones, they responded very quickly and accurately. The place was very clean, well organized, and had everything we expected based on the photos. Since it is located near a busy area, there was some noise at night, but that was not their fault, and I think it is something to expect when staying within walking distance of downtown. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The outside area is great. The inside was spacious and comfortable. It could use some repairs/maintenance such as not all lights worked, the sink didn’t drain, etc.”

“Had to stay longer than planned in Tampa due to a snowstorm at home and Erin and Trey’s place was the perfect place to wait it out. House is as advertised and neighborhood was fun to explore. Definitely a busy part of town after dark. Erin and Trey were very responsive and helpful.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our last minute getaway. We appreciated the privacy and lovely soak in the hot tub. We walked to dinner and enjoyed taking in the local scene. The chickens were fun to see as well. The home has lovely artwork and is very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying at this quaint bungalow.”

“Great place and location. Will definitely stay again.”

“really cute and comfy thank you for letting us stay”

“Absolutely adorable and close to everything. Erin and Trey were exceptional hosts and I would highly recommend staying next time you are passing through Tampa/Ybor City.”

“Amazing place and hosts. Thank you!”

“My sister and I had a great time! The location was great and very walkable. The hot tub was great!”

“Erin and Trey have an absolutely beautiful space. 3 great bedrooms + 3 clean bathrooms, spacious living room and a great outdoor rooftop! The hosts made the whole process easy - super responsive and clear communication. Please keep in mind - this location is in a lively neighborhood full of night spots. This is the perfect place to rent if you plan to have fun late evenings. Also, the rooftop is up a relatively steep staircase, so make sure you're comfortable going up and down such.”

“It was an amazing place. Great for hosting multiple guests in a private yet accessible location. I would recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for the accessibility of downtown Yboro with a private location to unwind.”

“Me and my wife like to say thank you for letting us use the place it was as described they are very great host. They checked on us to make sure everything was OK. We also liked how we could just walk a block and you had multiple choices where you could eat. We also really enjoyed the hot tub in the backyard, specially after many miles we’ve put on in the last few days we would definitely recommend this place to others and friends and definitely would go back if we’re in that area again there’s probably some things I’m forgetting to say but thank you and definitely five stars”

“Such a nice place to stay in a great little neighborhood. Host was very responsive and able to accommodate a last minute change of plans. So much to do in YBor within walking distance of the house. Really enjoyed the rooftop view. I wish we had stayed another day to enjoy the house longer!”

“This is the second time we have stayed here. We liked the updates to the space from last year. Looking forward to renting next year! Thanks”
