“We had 3 couples plus some family visiting for Xmas day. Great place for the get-together. Rooftop lounge and living space really nice. Be ready for stairs, crowing roosters and busy street noise, but otherwise very cool place and historic area is fun. Would like to come when places are not closed for the holiday🙂”

“We loved our stay at the Ybor Roost! The decor is so fun and pays homage to the chickens that roam the streets. The back patio and hot tub were a lovely perk. There’s a great selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I loved being able to walk and grab a coffee in the mornings. We also took advantage of the museums, aquarium, and casino only a short drive away. I can’t wait to book another stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Ybor!”

“This place was so cute! It was on a residential street so close to all the shops and restaurants of the vibrant Ybor historic main street. The hosts were amazing communicators as I actually had a couple of issues on arrival and departure and they were very kind and understanding of my circumstances. The place was very clean, so well decorated, lovely back yard area with hot tub and place to sit. I really enjoyed it. As other people mentioned, the neighborhood is quite noisy at night so it's good to know that ahead of time. I used ear plugs that they kindly provided. Also, good to note, the place is quite close to other neighbors so if you have the shades up there's no privacy.”

“This was a fun stay. The house is pretty close to a bunch of really good restaurants. It is also accessible to the major highways should you want to explore other parts of the city. The interior has a good mix of old and new vibe. I loved the fact that you have roosters and baby coming to the backyard at random times. The tub is a really nice touch as well. I'll definitely be back.”

“The townhouse is right at the edge of Ybor City, making it convenient while avoiding some of the nightlife noise. Erin is a great host. Very responsive and answered all questions. She got our rental car registered with ease for street parking, of which there is plenty. The house was well stocked, especially the kitchen. Plenty of room and a great layout. The rooftop deck is great, especially in the evening. If you are looking for a place to stay in Tampa, especially Ybor City, book with Erin!”

“Awesome place and great location!! Just far away enough from 7th Ave to be quiet and peaceful (especially sitting in the hot tub on the roof) while being close enough to walk to all the restaurants. Very nice, responsive and flexible host too. Very clean place and great decor. All good!”

“Erin had a fantastic little spot and a terrific location. The place was clean and plenty of amenities to include an easy to use hot tub. It was a quick walk to center of Ybor and the convenient shuttle. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is because both TVs weren’t working during my stay. Erin was responsive, but unfortunately we couldn’t get them working. Normally wouldn’t be watching any TV anyway, but it happened to be playoffs with some games that I really wanted to watch. I firmly believe that Erin will resolve the issue for the next guests, but unfortunately for me it did prove to be a slight inconvenience. Assuming both TVs work normally, this would certainly be a 5 star review”

“We booked Erin’s townhome for a concert at Amalie Arena in Tampa and it was perfect. The Ybor area is great with a lot of restaurants in walking distance and the townhome was well kept and had a great view from the rooftop terrace.”

“We had a wonderful stay here for a friends reunion weekend! The space was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The location was fantastic—surrounded by tons of great shops and restaurants, and we were able to take the free trolley everywhere, which made getting around super easy. There was a minor plumbing issue during our stay, but the host responded quickly and had it resolved in no time. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend this place to others!”
