“This place was great and Trey and Erin were incredibly accommodating. 2 blocks from Center of ybor city, which is crazy fun. Ton of energy and if you like cigars, great food and roosters it’s the place to be! 15 out of 10. We went for Yankees spring training and it was so easy to uber to. Save me a spot for next spring! Thank you Trey and Erin! Great hosts!”

“My colleague and I had a last minute hotel issue when we arrived for a conference. Trey & Erin replied immediately to my request for a reservation and were able to accommodate us. Their place was lovely and in a perfect location for our conference work and entertainment. We loved our stay and plan to stay again when we come back for the conference next year!”

“Though it’s been a few years this was our fifth time staying at The Roost. We love the decor, location, amenities, coziness, and all there is to do within walking distance . This is a quirky little place with a deluxe feel. It is our favorite place to stay when visiting local family in the Tampa area ! The back patio has a delightful new hot tub jacuzzi surrounded by a pergola of blooming bougainvillea! It is in a super location within walking distance to several famous restaurants ! Ybor is worth a visit and the Roost is perfect for a couple !”

“We spent 4 nights at Ybor Roost and would come back in a heartbeat. The small house is lovingly furnished and has everything you need for everyday life. We felt completely at home. The lively 7th Avenue is just around the corner, but the neighborhood is quiet. Sometimes a noisy train passes by and occasionally a rooster crows - but that's not bad at all. Erin & Trey are great hosts. Communication with them was super easy and friendly.”

“Perfect location for walkable restaurants, coffee, and bars. Trey and Erin were responsive and have great recommendations for surrounding area! Highly recommend using the hot tub on rooftop during sunset after walking to Jimmy tacos walking distance.”

“Had a wonderful stay with my friends for the weekend! We were comfortable and not far from anything we wanted to be a part of. We did not use the hot tub, but the backyard set up with a table/chairs was great! Also had a keurig and pods that is a must! 🤪 Street parking, but was not an issue this time for us, we were always able to find a spot in front of the home. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Stayed to enjoy Gasparilla Knight Parade. House is two blocks from Parade route. Beds comfortable, bathrooms clean, as described. Views of city from hot tub were incredible! We look forward to returning next year (hopefully) for Parade weekend”

“Adorable little place in Ybor city, one of the remaining retro homes on the block - such a unique stay! Communication was amazing - location was great. We went in the winter so it was quite cold, but we had cold weather gear so we were prepared. Everything we needed was there for us - we didn’t cook but there was a full kitchen which was convenient. Would like to come back in the summer!”

“great place 2 block from the strip. we walked everyware. Just the kind of place we will return to. the kitchen supplys are lacking but we had all we needed. We where there for the food and fun. The down stairs bed rooms could get a little busy if you go to be early. as the town house is ry on the corner. But let me be perfectly clear the is an amazing place to stay if you want to explore ybor city strip. we hit up the roof top spa every night. I would RECOMEND HIGHLY !”
