“Urban Perch was just what I expected from the online portrayal. It is right on the edge of Ybor City, a short 2-3 minute walk to 7th Street, and a 12 min walk to the famed Colombia restaurant. There were three of us and we each used a bedroom. It was clean, with fresh linens and towels, super-easy no-hassle check-in, and with a nice decorating vibe. I left a pretty nice car parked on the street right in front of the unit and had no issues. I was there during the week and parking was easy to find for me. No question, I would stay there again when looking for a good spot near Ybor or East Tampa.”

Tery and Erin were great hosts and had anything you could need at the house they also had great communication. Definitely would stay here again”

“If you want a great place to stay in Ybor City, you should stay at the Ybor Roost. It is a quaint and adorable little country/rooster themed house and an amazing location to where you can walk to almost anywhere you want and are only a couple of blocks from the first trolley station. If you love coffee, it is around the block from a coffee/kava shop and two blocks from another coffee place. It is also just a couple of blocks from Columbia, tattoo parlors (if that's your thing), and lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. Once we got there, we didn't use our car again until we left - we either walked or took the trolley everywhere. It was fantastic. And the hot tub is definitely a bonus. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!”

There's so much to do around here and this home is a superb launching point. We were here for a week and easily could have done another.
