“Absolutely beautiful apartment; comfortable beds, great living space, and a perfect rooftop deck. Very clean. The only complaint we have is there was a serious crime incident across the street during our stay, though this may have been more related to Super Bowl rowdiness than the normal course of events.”

“We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home was nicely decorated in a classic style with some modern touches. We enjoyed the view from the balcony where you can see the chickens roam the streets like they own Ybor (I think they do and that they just let us stay with them). Up on the rooftop, the view was even better. At night, you can see the lighted buildings from downtown Tampa. The jacuzzi was great, and we used it every night and day. The record player was a nice touch and it brought back memories from my childhood. The white noise machines in the bedrooms were also a thoughtful addition, although I didn't need it personally since I'm a heavier sleeper. With the home being located close to 7th Ave, we were able to experience a lot of what Ybor has to offer within walking distance. The communication with the hosts was excellent and they addressed all the questions we had quickly. It was a great experience and I only wished that I could stay longer. I highly recommend this place for your next adventure.”

“We LOVED Trey & Erin's place! It is spacious, stylish, perfectly located to all of Tampa, and immaculate. We had everything we needed, check-in and out was a breeze, and parking was never an issue. And the hot tub on the rooftop was such a nice treat with great views of the city! I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to it again as well.”

“While we don’t normally spend this much on an AirBnb, it was well worth it! Trey and Erin’s place is just as advertised. Comfortable, spacious and my husband enjoyed the hot tub every night! The location is awesome, right around the corner from the main strip in Ybor City. We had never been, but we would definitely return. The neighborhood is funky and we enjoyed having independently owned coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. Our hosts had great suggestions for places to eat and get coffee. They were extremely responsive at all times and even reimbursed me for a blender we bought. So nice! We would definitely return!”

“Great location near Ybor City main strip. Check-in was easy and smooth, Erin was in communication throughout the stay. The rental was very clean & kitchen was stocked with the basics. Bedrooms were comfortable and had tv's in each room. The white noise machines came in handy with the random roosters outside in the morning. Location was excellent, we walked everywhere and didn't need to move the truck once. There's also an Uber scooter parking spot right outside the front door. We would definitely stay here again.”
