“I admit I was unsure about this tiny house but boy did it deliver BIG fun. One block off the main drag in downtown Ybor! Very clean, all the amenities and responsive hosts. We couldn't have asked for a better trip. Don't forget to feed the chickens!”

“This was the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many over the past few years! It was really perfect. It was an adorable space, and really central to all the fun stuff to do in Ybor. It was very clean, stylish, centrally located, well stocked with amenities, great kitchen, nice back patio area, and free parking where we never had a problem finding a spot right in front. I could not recommend the Ybor Roost more! Ybor City is really cool and I highly recommend staying there when you are in Tampa.”

“Trey and Erin provided a place with everything they said they would. It was cozy, clean, safe, plus a few extras, like coffee for the Keurig . They were also very quick to answer any questions through the app. Ybor City was a fun place to visit! Trey and Erin's tips really helped. It's also very close to many Tampa, which was great! We would definitely choose there Ybor Roost again!”

“We loved everything about our stay! The house had everything we needed including a pack ‘n play. Our baby even loved crawling around (it’s a challenge to find a safe place for a baby on vacation) and her favorite was feeding the chickens and roosters. The amazing location also made this one of our favorite Airbnb stays. Close enough to all sorts of fun, but still quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here in the future.”

“We were very happy with our stay at YBOR Roost. We loved interacting with the local furry and feathered residents. The roosters can be “vocal” but we learned after the first morning to turn the AC up one notch in the bedroom. No problems sleeping after that. The Roost is in the perfect location. Just two blocks to all the action but far enough away to keep you insulated from any noise. Trey and Erin were great hosts and easy to communicate with. Great place!”

“The Urban Roost is the place to stay! Trey & Erin hit it spot on for the neighborhood and Ybor historic vibe! This home was such fun to stay in and such a unique little oasis. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip after falling in love with Ybor a year prior and I was so happy to find this home. Trey & Erin made our stay easy breezy and a great memory. We will be trying to stay here next year when we come back again!”

“This place is the best airbnb ever! Perfect size for 2 people. Only an $8 Uber ride to waterfront hotel where I had to be for work. I walked to the local restaurants. We tried the recommendations in Trey & Erin's binder on the kitchen table and then some: Columbia, Dirty Shame, Blind Tiger, New York New York Pizza, Stone Soup, Al's BBQ. And those are just the ones in walking distance. As mentioned in their property description there are roosters outside and all over Ybor. The white noise machine was sufficient for me, but there's no ignoring them or the neighborhood cats. This place was a great value and had everything I needed for a work trip/vacation. I hope to make a trip back!”

From the location to the decor and the Ybor Chicken theme I can't think of a better place to stay. Erin and Trey have put everything at your fingertips, from coded locks for easy checkin, to local menus and maps, a backyard for lounging and even chicken feed! Only two city blocks to the action of 7th avenue and just far enough away to provide quiet and friendly neighborhood experience. I look forward to staying at this unique house on future visits!”

“Trey & Erin were great hosts providing information about things to do in the area and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The Roost is conveniently located near the trolley and we made use of that as our transportation all weekend. I think it's important to have the air conditioning on to block out the roosters in the morning. It was a bit cooler outside so we never had it on but we did get used to them after the first night & it didn't bother us after that.”
